Employee Benefits
The Corporate Wellness Partnership provides an opportunity for employees to receive a variety of benefits, such as:
- Access to state-of-the-art YMCA locations throughout Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties
- Choose from one branch or access to all
- Three complimentary visits with certified wellness staff
- Complimentary on-site childcare while using YMCA facility with a household membership
- Member rates on childcare programs, sports leagues, camps and instructional classes
- Unlimited group exercise classes

SERVICES
- Health Screenings
- In-house open enrollment
- Up to four health and wellness lectures per year presented by a health educator, exercise physiologist or registered dietitian (based on company size)
PROGRAMS
- First Coast Games - Annual corporate wellness challenge for employees
- YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program - 16-session program aimed at reducing the risk of diabetes
OTHER PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
- Team building events at the YMCA Alpine Tower
- A series of team events designed to challenge both physical and mental health and promote team building and camaraderie

Becoming a Corporate Partner
Become a corporate partner by following these steps:
- Designate a corporate representative to act as a liason and assist in communicating benefits to employees.
- Confirm the commitment of at least five employees.
- Determine your company’s level of financial commitment (subsidy) per employee. The Y will match your commitment up to $12.50/month per employee.
- Contact the YMCA’s Corporate Wellness program representative.
